With our organic wines, reflecting the terroir of Ventoux in both colors, white and red, we offer you new sensory experiences of freshness and elegance, while preserving the great animal and plant biodiversity of a continuous territory of 30 hectares, including 12 hectares of woods and 9 hectares of 100% organic vines in the heart of the Ventoux AOP.

In this location at an altitude of 350m, the combination of contrasts between the freshness of Mont Ventoux and the beautiful Provençal light enhances our magnificent terroirs on a daily basis:
-- A "valley of whites" of 7 A unique hectare in Provence, with its sands and springs, contributing to the precision of our white wines.
- " Tree-lined terraces " for red wines.

The vineyard, in the heart of the Ventoux terroir, has been restructured to offer a majority of white grape varieties. We base our originality on old grape varieties forgotten in the region, grape varieties from elsewhere... and even Chenin!
Multiple enclosures cultivated organically like gardens, without pesticides.
Pruning wood is systematically burned to prevent the spread of disease.
The harvest is entirely manual, to select only the best bunches. The yeasts are naturally occurring, and the work is carried out plot by plot, from vine to barrel, to create wines of exceptional precision.

We combine whole bunches and destemmed harvests, use only natural yeasts and we favor gentle infusion over extraction, with a minimum of inputs.
Each parcel of this terroir of Ventoux wines is vinified separately, seeking the expression of each
micro-terroir.

Our white wines are vinified in 600-liter oak demi-muids, with a very dense grain, and then aged on the lees. This is how we obtain a low sulfur content.
Unfiltered, unfined, the care we give them allows them to develop superb aromas, while preserving the signature freshness of the Domaine's organic wines.
